Job Family Matrix Creator

As Compensation Practitioners, we're fans of organizing and analyzing things, and job families and subfamilies are no exception. Many practitioners have requsted a tool in excel that would allow users to create dynamic job matrices that listed job families and subfamilies on one axis, and grades on another axis, with the corresponding jobs within. I recently came across the website – www.clearlyandsimply.com – which had a tool that did almost exactly this. With a few modifications, this tool which was created for something else, was easily adopted to categorize jobs by job families, job subfamiles and salary grades.
